welcome to my mind ...

My leg is swollen. The puncture wound that hurts the most is at such an angle I can't really see it, but according to my sister, it's the puncture wound that looks infected. Fuck.

I think I spent too much time walking around earlier today when I should have been resting it. Because now it's swollen more than it was earlier today.

I'm not bleeding anymore, which I would think is good. The only thing I'm concerned about right now is clotting.

If it worsens, I'm not going to be able to avoid the doctor. I can see how this would be worse than the gigantic bruise I had gotten the week after I started working, but then again, if I healed just fine from the bruise, these wounds shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Damnit. I had a whole entry planned out for today, but I can't remember what it was going to be about. Oh well.

Human beings are so fragile when you think about it...you see an ant drop from a leaf that's up in the air almost 100 times their body height, and they land without any serious injury. Try that with a human and we're effed.

Stupid cats, how come they get to have innate weapons :( Hope come the leg gets better

OMG! I was afraid that that might happen! I hope your leg gets better without you needing to go see a doctor. Gosh, that's what I hate about pets, they'll injure you regardless if it's intentional or not.

Ach... try to keep it clean if you can... I think either an icepack or something hot would make the swelling go down...
