I'm not really sure what to write ... even though I was out for a greater part of the day.

Let's see, the day started at 10am when my alarm went off. I didn't have to work, but I needed to take ma to work. I dropped her off at 10:50am and headed over to the gym.

I didn't work out; that wasn't the plan for today. Instead I asked when Ryan would be there so that I could bring Jake in to get a pass. I still feel a little guilty for not signing up with Ryan when he's the one who helped me get my first pass. So I'm going to try and make up for it, at least a little, by bringing in someone.

I talked with Yvonne for a few minutes and then left for the store. I needed to get water and I bought dinner while I was there. It's been about a week since we've all sat down to the table as a family {because mom has been working nights} so I thought it'd be nice. I also bought a shirt and a couple other things.

When I left the store I came home, put the food away, tried on the clothes ... and found out I needed to exchange it for a different size. When I bought it, I wasn't paying close enough attention to the size and accidentally bought one size too small. So I sat for a little while, had something to eat and headed back up to exchange it.

After I left the store, again, I stopped over at ma's work. I wanted to let her know that I had bought dinner so she wouldn't buy something before she came home.

When she finished her lunch break, I stopped to put gas in the car. Then I came back home to put the chicken on and just wait out the half hour before I had to pick Steve up. Once I got that done, my driving for the day was over.

I showered and fixed dinner. Everyone came home {Lori had gone next door and Steve went to pick ma up,} we ate dinner and that brings us up to this point.

No Jake today. We were expecting it though, cuz we both had busy schedules today. Maybe I'll get to see him tomorrow after work. I hope I do. Who knows.

New Amsterdam is on tonight. I'm actually be awake enough to stay up and watch it this time. But I'll be going to bed once it's over. My shift starts at 4am tomorrow.

K, I'm done for today. Till next time ...

I hate having to exchange clothes. Dunno why, it just feels... awkward for some reason.

I haven't gone shopping since last summer. I'm not that adverse to it, I just never feel the need. I should get on that...

Well this sounds good, right? A family meal is probably indicative of lessening tensions between the three of you, hopefully at least. So now you have a busy life, a Jake, and a calmer scene at home. I'd say you're on a roll...
