Today started out not-so-good, but it wasn't a bad day. We had one of the managers from Midway come over to make pizza cuz our pie guy didn't show up. A few things broke, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. It was dead today so I was happy about that.

There's this pizza that my mom makes that's absolutely delicious. She got the recipe out of a cookbook, but we tweaked it a little and its one of the best pizzas I've eaten. Its called tuna melt pizza. It may not sound appetizing, but even people who don't necessarily like tuna fish like this pizza. I've made it once before up at work and Erin and Stephanie liked it. So a couple days ago Erin told me that I had to make that pizza again before I moved. Since it was slow, I picked today to make it. The whole pizza was devoured.

Yesterday was Erin's daugher's 5th birthday and Erin was nice enough to bring me a big chunk of the birthday cake. She knows that I'm a chocoholic and since the cake was chocolate she knew that I'd like it. And I did. It was damn tasty!

I'm tired again. I went to bed around 12:30 last night, but I was awake off and on throughout the whole night. I don't have to work tomorrow so I'm able to sleep in. Maybe I'll actually get some decent sleep tonight. I'm thinking it might just be that I need a new bed. I have a futon. I've had the futon for over two years and the foam cushion thats supposed to be a cushion, really isn't a cushion anymore. You can see the obvious spot where I sleep. The metal bars have formed to my body where I sleep and the foam is flattened against the bars. Its not exactly the most comfortable thing in the world. But then again, the couch that I'm going to be sleeping on when I get out to my mom's probably won't be any more comfortable. Oh well. Believe me, though, when I get an actual bed, I'm never going to want to get up.

I'm sure your tuna pizza is tasty, but there has to be SOME reason you never see it on the menu at pizzerias...
