Life was simple

The Colors of the Rainbow {© 2004}
Red is the color of blood
That flows from my neck

Orange is the color of fire
That melts away my flesh

Yellow is the color of bees
That sting and send poison through my veins

Green is the color of sickness
That rests in my stomach

Blue is the color of pain and sorrow
That has caused me to do this

Purple is the color of the flower
That lies on my grave

And black is the color of death
That has slowly crept upon me
Monkey's poem {© 2004}
And now you come to join the wonders of my life.
So welcome, welcome all.
Enter that which is my hell.
That which is my life still unlived.
Welcome to this the pain that keeps me alive.
Welcome to my broken heart, a result of many relationships passed.
And to this curse, I am forced to live.
To my loneliness which has come from being forced to go.
Welcome to this ... as I leave.
Welcome now, to my suicide.
Life and Love {© 2004}
Life and love alike are similar to flowers. Like a rose. Flowers are born, they bloom, they wilt and they die. That's exactly how life and love work. They are born, bloom, wilt and die and in that time frame we go through so much shit, a herd of cattle could not match it.
Love/Hate {© 2004}
There is a very thin line between love and hate. You don't realize just how thin that line is until you are standing over it; half of you on the side of love and the other half on the side of hate. It is a really confusing time and it's not easy to deal with. All you can do is hope that the time passes quickly.
attacked
Saturday. 2.16.08 7:20 pm
Earlier today, the cat attacked me. Teeth, claws, full force. No foul though, because he was simply doing what his instinct has him do. I just happened to be in the wrong spot at the wrong time. He was trying to protect his territory from the outdoor cat. There was an outdoor {male} cat sitting outside the back door and since Booffer was unable to get outside to attack the cat, he attacked the closest fleshy thing there was to attack; it just happened to be my leg.

There are total of 12 scratches and 6 puncture wounds spread out between the top of my right foot and lower right leg. And one scratch on the underside of my right pinky finger. I'd take pictures, but I'm too lazy right now and the light isn't good anyway. Two of the puncture wounds are kind of deep and are still bleeding, but I've been keeping pressure on them. Band-aids are out of the question so don't even suggest it.

Anywho ma and Steve will be going out of town again, but this time only overnight. They're leaving tomorrow afternoon and will be back Monday night. Will I be doing anything? Probably not. The only difference between this time than last is if I want to leave the house, I can because I'll have the car. They've rented a car for the trip.

I really don't have a whole lot to say. So I guess that's it for today.

Ouch that hurts!! Aren't you even going to the doctor to get it checked?

How deep is the puncture wound, and what caused it? If it's too deep, you're inviting anaerobic bacteria (like Cloistridium tetani, the bacteria that secretes the tetanus toxin) to colonize the space deep inside the wound, but if you're vaccinated then it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

One of my cats gave me a nasty gash a few weeks back on my hand. It was on such an inconvenient part on my upper palm--one of those places that you HAVE to move, like, ALL the time. Also, it was in a place that made it hard to keep covered with a bandage. I kept smelling my wound over the next few days to make sure it wasn't getting infected haha.

I remember those days...I had one on my thigh when my cat got mad at me LOL. I didn't go to the doc either. fortunately for me, I know how to treat small flesh wounds and bites. I have had 2 spider bites and survived both--one was by a black widow.

This furthers my desire never to own any pets larger than a bunny.
